Been inside a 7-11 lately?...enough said...

First Name Basis...

So Molly has decided that instead of calling me mom..she refers to me as Nette..it is hilarious...and she doesn't just say it once she says it five times in a row like it's a regular habit of ignoring her..she is so silly. She wants to show Bart and I everything..she will run in screming Nette and pointing to where she just came from..she is so admit on you coming and coming right now..last night I followed her and she had turned on Bart's alarm clock..it's almost as if she thinks she is in trouble..so silly...she is talking more and more and we have successfully mastered please and thank you! Everyday is something new...I can't wait tell I hear her in the mornings yelling Nette to come and get her out of her crib...

ABBA

I have been really good lately at walking everyday..if it's not out in the bitter cold it is in the basement on the borrowed treadmill. I am up to five miles a day and it is beginning to become pretty easy...yes I said five miles...as I walk I find myself looking at the ground and talking to myself...out loud! By the time I get home I have a clear mind, I feel good, and nothing sounds better than a tall glass of good ol' water. Today felt so good that I headed out without any gloves, a scarf, or my cute ear muffs. As I was walking the old Ipod switched from a great country song..to The Best of ABBA (a birthday present from my brother when I was 19)...are you SeRiOuS...I totally forgot that this was on here..and then...what?...was that a little skip in my step?...then all the sudden the thumbs came out jazzy like...out to the right..then to the left...and then as I passed Maverick it was as if I was on Broadway...slide ball change...jazz hands..jump in the air and landed on my knees...smiling and staring at the heavens above!! All right there on 12600 South for everyone to see....oh ABBA...no not really..yes a little skip in my step..the rest was in my head but wouldn't that have been great..all the sudden back up dancers and everything..and then as the song ended...as if nothing happened me continuing on with my five mile trek...oh so silly...but as the song ended I lifted my head..smiling..and noticed the blue skies..what a great day...something so simple as a great song, a nice walk, and warm weather can make you enjoy and be so grateful for the life that you have, for the husband that provides selflessly so much, and for the babies that I just know LOVE me unconditionally! It was a great day for a walk...

Does Cleavland really ROCK?

I wouldn't know...I am suppose to be in Cleavland right now..but somehow I am finding myself typing in my bed in Utah..my friend Paige had her her little girl E.J. a littl over a week ago and I booked a flight about a month ago to go see her and sniff her little babies...this morning at about 4am I woke up to a really sad cry...only to find an unhappy baby...meanwhile my mom is sleeping next to because I am off to the airport at 5:30am...and Bart is at work...what was a well organized trip with babysitters...sleepovers..and plenty of snacks on hand..went to hell in a hand basket...I'm so sorry that I am not there for you Paige...I can't wait to see you..we'll really emersyn...

Dinner without dad..

Dinner when Bart is at work is pretty relaxed...we ate on her table in her room while watching Cinderella..she sat on the green chair and my giant ass consumed a pink stool...so simple....so as I have been learning about peds...it has come to my attention that toddlers appetite slows down and they like to snack..all day..snacking bothers me...three meals...that's how it should be..so meals around her are sample platters...hoping she eats at least one of everything..should hopefully equal a full belly....we'll that and all the otter pops..right!

OtTeR pOPs..

We consume at leat six or more of these a day...I just know it feels so good on her teeth..good news though we do have bloody..skin..flaps at least..that she chews on all day..all eight have almost broken thru..threw..?? So there is an end in sight...speaking of teeth my cute little nephew Clay has TWO lose teeth..my sister is all creaped out by it...let him spend the day with me..I'll teach himm how to wrap a washcloth around them and have them out by bedtime...oh the excitement of the Tooth Fairy!!

Hi...

I just figured out that Mr. Potato Head is a good bath time toy! So much has been going on..school has started and it is a SUPER easy semester..I am in Pediatric Nursing right now...I was able to do my clinicals at Primary Children's..my first week I was in CMU...(children's medical unit)..very interesting..my next week was in ICS..(immunocompromised unit..)..very..very intersting..so much so that I am going to do a CapStone..(an independant study of 45 hours..) in the ICS...and my last week of clinicals was at Head Start in West Valley...yes I did say last clinical..we only have three clinicals for Peds...so now I just have class for two hours on Monday...so nice to get a break..I have started my volunteering hours at Head Start...and my little Molly Ann is keeping me so busy...she is such a busy bee...we are unfortunatley getting EIGHT new teeth at once! What was a snot nose from teething has turned into some ymuuiness that we are on a 10 day antibiotic for...SUPER!
