A LOVE hate ReLaTiOnShIp..

As you all know my fabulous husband is a firefighter and has a schedule of 48/96 shift....he is gone for two days and then home for four. In those four days he works at Bluffdale...after Molly was born I really hated his schedule, I hated that I had to sleep alone and that he was away from her...as time went on I really have enjoyed that he is able to spend the entire day with Molly from breakfast to bed time. I realized that not many kids get to spend the entire day with their dads, maybe only dinner time for some, and began to appreciate his schedule. As we have put Camden into the mix I have begun to hate his schedule again..maybe for selfish reasons and maybe because this semester is hard but we have very little time together and I miss that. A while back I was talking with another ff wife and she said oh as you have more kids you hardly notice that your husband is gone and you will get used to his schedule. I hope that never happens...I hope that when he is gone I will always be wishing he was home....
