It DIED in Beaver...

I called Bart at work yesterday and said "Oh by the way..we are going to St. George tomorrow.." So I had us packed and ready to go when Bart came home from work this morning...we left around 9am....Molly woke up about 10 miles to Beaver and definatley wanted out...so we got to Beaver...filled up and looked at all the fabulous things that you can buy at gas stations like that...we changed diapers...got a Tootsie Roll sucker....and we were off!! We got on the on ramp and all the sudden the car started chugging....knowing Bart he was just doing it on purpose but as we pulled on it seems we immediatley were pulling to the side....so I knew he wasn't kidding...as he tried to turn it over....we both just looked at eachother and started laughing....seriously..this is happening! We just sold my car to get a cheaper car payment and so we are driving Bart's parents PT Crusier....luckily it is still under warrenty so the dealership towed us and got us a rental car....getting the rental car was a whole other story that I'll save for a rainy day..needless to say we made it here around 6:30pm....it is 51 degrees and feels fabulous!!

I FAILED...

We'll it happened...I failed my first test... I have had a test every Monday or Wednesday of the past three weeks of school..so once were done with one you have about five days to get ready for the next one...I'm not quite sure what part of this is considered "part-time program" but ok...I had a test on cancer and genetics in pathophysiology Wednesday night and tonight was a test on the drugs of the CNS and their side effects...so what do you spend your time on studying?? Which class do you choose..or how do you balance both?? We'll I got an 83% on the test that was on Wednesday and a 67% on the test tonight...so you can see which one I spent most my time on....at this point maybe I don't want to go to nursing school?? Is it worth it?? All this time away from Molly..so many late nights...and still no positive results?? Some may say that I can pull myself out right?? We'll unless you accum a 78% on yours test combined your other work won't come into play so essentially if I don't accum a 78% I don't pass the class...so my first test was a 92%..second was a 78%....now the third was a 67%....so let's just say that leaves some pressure on the next two...oh and then the comprehensive final....so let's say I fail this class...what does that mean?? That means that I am no longer in the part-time program and my name goes back on the list to wait to get into the full-time program...which I will not do....I thought it would be easier with Molly being so little...but I really think that it's harder I can't and refuse to leave her hanging out in a corner being ignored all day so I choose to stay up late and study...and the worst part is thinking of all the people I would let down if I quit....like my mother...I don't know why it is and it seems no matter what age..your mom is always the first one to creep in your mind and make you feel so quilty....I'm no quitter and will give it my all but I am the first to admit that this is going to be harder than I thought....

HApPy BIrThDay...VaLEnTinEs..to meee!!

Look at momma's and Molly's new ride....Bart bought me this set for my birthday and Valentine's...Bart can always come up with the best ideas for presents..uh..don't tell him but all he is getting for Valentine's is a new pair of Chuck Taylors....we went and picked it up this morning at a shop here in Riverton and then rode them home...so much fun!! Thanks babe!!

Our family bike ride..

Our first bike ride was so fun...I packed Molly into the trailer in her car seat..I made sure she was dressed super warm..she had her cute matching hat and mittens on...Bart pulled the tralier sense I have never pulled one and seeming as how it is the middle of February and there is still snow and slush on the roads...by the time we got home Molly was fast asleep...the ride was a little bouncy...I'm not really sure how she was able to....as I cruised ahead on my bike I would keep looking back to see how Bart and Molly were doing...it's made me realize what a fun family we have and it feels great knowing that no matter what whether on a bike ride or in life...my husband and my little Molly Ann will always be there right behind me!!

HaPpY VAleNtINeS DaY...

One of my New Year's resolution is to become more like my sister....now that may sound weird but she can make anything...sew anything...and usually fix anything and cut anything with her teeth..so I am trying to become more like the homemaker I want to be...I wanted to make our valentine's this year but couldn't decide what to make..I got this idea from another blog to make suckers...I knew that my sister (of course) had made them before and had all the molds..so we got together and made about four batches...they are really easy to make but could cost alot if you didn't have all the molds and supplies....we had a tough time finding the flavoring but I found it at Robert's...so those of you that are our friends be looking for a Valentine sucker door bell ditched on your front porch!!!

Playing in the SNoW...

Molly was strapped to mom's and we watched dad and the dog's play in the snow...I was blindly taking most of these pictures and surprisingly they worked out really well...being the one behind the camera you don't get a lot of pictures of you taken but who really wants to see me...? By the end she was cold..tired..and hungry...I got her inside and I couldn't even get her into dry clothes before she was asleep...it is so fun to have a little mini me to play with...I bought the skull cap at a little boutique..it cost dad $20 but it was have to have!!! The skull jacket is part of her Valentine's present but I just couldn't wait...nothing is more satisfying than being the mother of Molly Ann and the wife of my big water buffalo...

Can you BEliEve this!!

Can you believe all this snow!! We had so much fun this morning..the whole family packed up and went outside to play and watch dad snow blow the driveway...Cooter doesn't really like the snow..(why would you if your weiner got wet everytime you walked outside)..we would let him out more with Sage but Cooter sees the front yard and RUNS...but we figured he wouldn't be able to run away today..as soon as we opened up the door he ran back in the house...it was to cold for him...so Bart coaxed him outside and we through him into the snow...who knew a weiner dog could fly??
