Six Months!!

I had the kids pictures taken for Easter and Cam's six months...here is a sneak peak..I had Lacey take them..I enjoy her very much! She took these at an older home in Draper..I loved that I did not have to drive far...she is offering mini sessions coming up soon...enjoy.

First Day of School...

I can't believe that Molly has started preschool...Molly has wanted to play with friends everyday, so I decided to see if we couldn't get her into this cute little preschool just around the corner form us, Teacher Heather said we could try and it...so the first day Bart and I took her, she walked right in and didn't look back..we both hesitated...I told Molly it was time to get ready for school and she came out of her room (with buddy's bottle) and had dressed herself...she is such a ham...the picture of her in her dress is her first day and the second is a day to remember she let me blow dry her hair! This is a fight at the Barton residence to use the blow dryer, her hair is getting so long and so pretty! It was the first day we got to take a big girl back pack too, when I took Molly to pick one out she first picked a tweety bird one..but I persuaded her to get this one..I love her so much. Today when I picked her up I pulled in the mom circle..waited in my car..and when I saw her walk out with her hands on the back pack straps like a big girl I got a little choked up...I can't believe how big she is getting..it makes me so proud!

What have we been up to?

I haven't blogged in forever...so to catch everyone up to speed...we are pregnant! Ha! Just kidding...little Aprils fools early...we were going to move so we potentially found a renter..then we were weren't moving...but then we did...and still found an awesome renter...they signed a year lease...and pay us every month..so far...we kind of feel at home finally I am still trying to figure the toys and everything out...but Molly is doing well in her big queen size bed..buddy is almost on the schedule I am training him to be...he is growing up so fast! He has been rolling over for a couple weeks now..officially eating solids...almost able to hold his bottle and has recently started this rocking movement with his body..if your holding him he'll start doing it to get you to move...if he is in his manly pink bouncer he'll start rocking it...if he weigh a little more I wonder if he would tip it over..so silly..I am going to try and get it on video...Molly start pre-school as a test run and LOVES it..it is a cute pre-school just around the corner from us...she lately is obsessed with playing with friends so that's why I put her in right now...to interact with others. She made a cute little kite as her very first school craft and when she handed it to me she told me it was shaped like a diamond! She is so yummy!! Bart sold his jeep and I think I might have seen a tear as it was driving away...we got a Ford F350 and I LOVE it and I know he does as well...so much more room for the kids! As for me I wonder some days if I am alive...this last semester of school is killing me! I have one more clinical left and then I will be done for good with clinical! Everyone one of us have failed every test but I am magically passing right now...they did mention to us that with all the schools graduating it's a possibility that we won't be able to test for our NCLEX till July...you no longer can work in the state of Utah on a temporary license so I potentially may not be able to get a job till after then..really? Brother..On a brighter note Bart and I are going on a cruise to Key West and Cozumel...then up to New York for the weekend...I can not wait for him to see New York...I am not impressed with Carnival so I can't say that I am excited to go on the cruise but I can say that I am excited to spend alone time with Bart...I hope all is well with whom ever stalks my blog...

To be a fly on the wall...

I love rocking Camden to sleep every night, it feels like it was just yesterday that I was rocking Molly to bed. He has begun to be really picky on how he want to be held, the last couple nights he wants to be up on my shoulder with his head snuggled into my neck. He started last night humming himself to sleep...as I rub his back and sing to him he his softly humming along with me and before I know it it is quite and his head has snuggled into my shoulder. I just sit there and rock, rubbing his back. I wish you could be there to hear how cute and comforting that little hum is.

My poop on it...

Molly has been doing so well with potty training...she hasn't had an accident it awhile...we aren't totally pooped trained but on our way. She wears a pull up to bed and about an hour into bed time she is screaming for us because she pooped. So right on time Molly is calling for us, I was rocking buddy to sleep so Bart went and changed Molly. As I cam out Molly was on our bed, I told her it was time for bed and as she was climbing off the bed, she said as matter of fact. "Mommy, there's my poop on Dad's bed." Sure enough there was a hard poo pellet on my side of the bed. Brother.

Jingle Bells

Molly's Christmas concert was so fun! She did such a good job, she really doesn't like dance class so I was wondering if she would even dance for the concert but she was such a ham! I wish I could get my video uploaded so you all could see, I will keep trying.
