MoViNg...
I heard from my sister about these cute homes that they are building in Riverton..so on my daily bike ride I rode over and walked through the open houses and fell in LOVE with them....so I am trying to convince Bart that we should move over there...through much talking and explaining and a little begging..he promised to humor me and go look at them and talk to financial company to see what we could work out....we own our home out right so needless to say we would have plenty of equity and a super down payment...I just think it would be so great..my sister might be buying over there and some of her really cute friends would be over there also..you know what that means..I wouldn't feel so alone when he is gone for days on end...I don't want to jinx anything so I will let you know of the location when I know more info...has anyone ever tried to sale their residence by owner?? Anyone looking to by a cute older house??

We were selling our house by owner a few months ago. It really isn't very hard. We ended up deciding not to sell though...we had 3 different offers, but then because of how difficult it is to get a loan right now, none of them ended up being able to qualify! Bummer deal, but we deciced that we will stay where we're at for awhile and then maybe even keep our house and use it as a rental...
Definately let me know more about these houses when you find out more info!!
Oh yeah, so P90X is definately kicking my trash right now too...the workouts can get really long sometimes! I did Yoga X last night... 95 minutes??!! What?! I have lost only 2 pounds so far, but I can tell that I am gaining muscle too....I just really want to get my stomach flat again :)

That is too exciting! What I really want though is a picture of these new houses they sound so cute!
Try to only show your house to qualified buyers!! We did work with one agent that has a flat rate where they put your listing up on 40 websites and a couple other things for 200 dollars and then if you decide that selling by owner is not for you, they only charge 4 percent commission verses the usual 6.
