Dear Buddy-
At this very moment you are laying next to me in bed...your arm is laying on my stomach and I can feel your warm breath on me. I can't truly express my love that I feel for you, you are my best friend! I love when you wake up in the wee hours of the morning when you here me say your name your sleepy eyes can't open but you smile out of the corner of your mouth. I love when you wake up in the morning and I snuggle my face in your neck that you snuggle right back. I get lonely with your dad gone and when I look over and see you laying in his spot with me it comforts me. You may be shy of four months but I know you would protect me. As I rocked you to sleep tonight you promised me with your eyes that you would take care of me in my old age and once your father is gone. I can't wait until you ask me to hold you...or come up and kiss me for no reason. As you lay here I can't believe that you are something that your father and I created. Know that dad and I love each other very much and no matter what we love you too...I love your father and know that you will be just like him and more. I know you were in heaven before you were in my arms, I know that you chose me as your mom and I am forever grateful. I thank you for trusting me with your angelic soul, I promise to raise you with the best of my ability and to love you with all my being. I love being a mother, I love that my needs come second and third to you and Molly. My life and our family is complete with you in it, thank you! Sleep tight tonight. I will see you in the morning.
